Hello.

I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a physical therapist; because of my love for sports and my own experience as the patient when I broke my arm at 10 years old.  Back then I only wanted to play volleyball and my PT took a personal interest in my return to play as well as inspiring me toward a future of doing the same for others.  Fast forwarding, I earned my bachelor of science at the University of California, Irvine while competing in rowing as a Division 1 NCAA athlete.  Afterwards, I went to Chapman University and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  During this time I continued to train for rowing at the elite level racing all over the U.S. and internationally.  In 2013,  I became a member of the U.S. National Team winning a silver medal at the World Championships in Chungju, South Korea.  I currently continue to race in masters rowing events and participate in triathlons and marathons. I have worked with and treated athletes of all skill levels and abilities for the last 15 years.  My continuing education work has mostly been in manual therapy, running rehabilitation, lower quadrant biomechanics, and golf rehabilitation.
